Open the Transport Quotation System in a web browser.

3. Filling Out the Form

3.1 Company & Contact Information

• Company Name (Required): Enter your company name.
• Contact Name (Required): Provide the responsible person's name.
• Email Address (Required): Enter a valid email.

3.2 Shipment Details (Next Day Rates)

• Goods Description (Required): Describe the items.
• Total Pieces (Required): Number of items.
• Weight (kg): Min 1kg, max 3000kg.

3.3 Pallet Rates

Click "Switch to Pallet Rates" to change modes.

• Select quantities of Full/Half/Quarter Pallets.
• Choose Next Day or Economy delivery.

4. Generating a Quote

Click "Generate Quote" to see pricing.

5. Saving/Printing

• Email Quote: Sends PDF to your email.
• Print: Opens printable version.

6. Troubleshooting

• Ensure UK postcodes are formatted correctly (e.g., AB10 1AB).
• Contact DFS if no rates appear for your destination.
